Flu Vaccine Information

Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care offers the flu vaccine to adults 18 years of age and older each year during the flu season.  The vaccine is offered to individuals at our office at 267 Finch Avenue, Meriden, CT 06451 during the hours of 9am -5pm, Monday through Friday.
