February is not just about Valentine’s Day! Take time this month to see if your heart is healthy. There are a few things that can make your heart stronger with only small changes in your daily routine:

Eat healthy:  snack on fruits and vegetables instead of cookies and chips.

Stay active: if like to sit and watch TV or read, get up and walk around the house during commercials or at every new chapter.

Manage stress: if you feel yourself getting anxious or irritated do some deep breathing exercises and stretch to loosen up.
