Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care recently held its annual Lighting the Way ceremony remembering all those for whom we cared in our hospice care program this past year. Individuals and families came for this Mass and memorial to remember their loved ones for whom we cared who have died.
During November, the Church gives special recognition to those who have died. In keeping with this tradition, the memorial tree will shine brightly from now until Advent and again during the Christmas season.
