Lighting the Way Program to Remember a Loved One

Remember a loved one during the month of November, National Home Care and Hospice Care Month.
Your donation will help light the memorial trees on the Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care campus during the month of November.
The Lighting the Way ceremony will take place immediately following the 5:30 p.m. Mass at the Chapel of St. John, 269 Finch Avenue, Meriden, CT 06451. Click below for information.
